We recently sold our house in Carrollton and, right before we were under contract, we were advised our roof needed to be replaced. Instead of scramble to find roofers, we reached out to Sam and he handled it with ease from one day to the next. He and his team showed up at 7 am on a Saturday morning and went to work. They worked like a fine-tuned machine. They were able to finish the entire roof by 1 pm that day. It was efficient, professional and stress free. I met Sammy Edwards of Redstone Roofing Resources when they were in my neighborhood replacing my neighbor’s roof. Sammy was very professional and helpful. He did a walk around and inspection of my roof and then clearly explained my options and his services. It was all very low pressure and he made the process very easy and straightforward. My roof had significant hail damage and Sammy was able to help me work with my insurance adjuster. He even met him during their drone inspection to make sure that they were aware of the areas of concern and to move the process along very smoothly. After the insurance company confirmed my claim, Redstone Roofing Resource’s crew were scheduled within a week and able to completely tear off and replace our roof within just a couple days. The service provided and professionalism were fantastic. I was especially impressed that even after they were done, they were still very responsive and followed-up to confirm that I had no remaining concerns or questions. Redstone Roofing Resources put my roof and gutters on and I couldn't be happier!!! They did an amazing job. Sammy was extremely patient with me through the whole process. i changed my mind on my roof and gutter color about 4 times and each time he was very pleasant. His crew worked quickly and cleaned up their mess!! I did not pick up on piece of trash they left behind. Sammy also traveled ou to my house on 2 separate occasions to inspect my roof for hail damage after it was installed. He did not have to do that and the fact that he took the time to do this as a courtesy speaks volumes!!! I would highly recommend them to put on a roof to anyone I know!! I will use them again in the future should that need arise. Thank Sammy for you hard work and for doing such a wonderful job.
Redstone Roofing Resources did an exceptional job putting on my roof and gutters. Sammy explained every detail of each process. He was so patient and understanding of me changing my mind multiple times when it came to me picking the color of my gutters. The roof and gutters were completed in the time frame quoted.
